I have bought many items from thos store and still working great.

Just left store with unusual art piece being mounted. Had to assemble a solution and Rex in hardware was a perfect assistance. Mira in checkout also a ten (demeanor and assistance). The staff makes the place.

Purchased Earthgro Black Mulch. It was very pale in Color. Looks like a stock from previous year. It's a waste of money and time.

Purchase some garden fence material, and the team in the store were extremely helpful.

When this store opened about 20 years ago, the employees were not as friendly as they are now. My husband and I have noticed that the staffs are getting better and better compared to other stores in the area. We feel lucky that this store is the closest Home Depot store to where we live.

I called the store and Nimmi listened patiently to my situation. She and her team went above and beyond to help me find and buy my mirror. They even loaded it in my car. They made my shopping experience flawless and memorable!

I went to another Home Depot to purchase a product after the HD website showed 7 in stock; it turns out that store actually had none. We determined that Ashburn HD had 12. Masa in paints and Trevon in customer service were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable once I arrived at the Ashburn location. I wasn’t happy about having to drive out to this store, but these two made the experience more than worthwhile.

This place used to be a dump -- dark, dirty, very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. THEY'VE CHANGED THAT COMPLETELY. A recent purchase had a missing part. The floor manager and the customer service manager both came up with solutions that were sensible, fair, and easy. I truly appreciate the care they took to be sure I was satisfied and the store's reputation was preserved. I'd shop there again in a minute.

I purchased mini blinds that will actually fit and don't have to return them!! I owe it all to the young man working in that dept..Matt was super Friendly, Helpful and knew his department!!Thank You Matt..Home Depot is Lucky to have you!

While shopping for my curtains I was extremely confused on which one would best fit my home, I knew the size of the curtains that I would need but I didn’t know which ones would work best for my needs. Julio, working in the flooring and curtain sections, was very knowledgeable when it came to which curtain I would need and he helped me find them.

The lady name Fatou working for Home depot in Ashburn was fabulous in her job. She did give me and excellent customer service and proper knowledge of what she is dealing with

Writing share that we had an excellent experience at Ashburn HD with Mr. Damon Martinez, selecting and purchasing kitchen countertops. The process was easy, prices and financing options reasonable, and he is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Definitely recommend!

I have been to customer for this shop about 15 years and All the plants,Pots ,tools, goods, appliances,Fans,Lights etc I purchased are very satisfying and they always offer exchange when I take it back if the plants is not happy without much explanation.All the employees are kind and very helpful they always exceeds my expectations and help customers above and beyond ,My kids love their monthly Saturday programmers and collected lot of badges,Shop looks always clean and racks with full of inventory .

I had most of my items and needed keys. After a couple of minutes of waiting, the young man at the check out counter said he could watch his station and make them so I did not have to wait . GREAT SERVICE!!!

So respectful and did the great job. I am totally satisfied.

The garden center associates are very knowledgeable and work in a timely manner.

Chris from Lumber department was exceptionally helpful and informed me about a variety of choices for making salts for a queen bed He personally spent a lot of time to explain the options and suggested the most economical but strong alternatives for slats He accompanied me to the billing department and ensured I was charged accurately for all the products Sincerely appreciate his focus and determination for customer satisfaction

I took my son to HD today with an idea he had for a "fort". Emil helped us with the correct materials to get, what size and how to help my son figure out how to do it!!! I have one happy 10 year old tonight thanks to him! He even got a cart for us and helped us all the way and including check out!!!

I just love this store. I’ve been shopping since the last 5 years in this store and they have always taken an extra mile to help and support. What a wonderful store. Keep up the great work HD team of Ashburn.
