Jeff D. At store #0475 in department 21 (lumber) was an amazing help for me. I have a pregnant dog and I wanted to build her a custom whelping box instead of just using cardboard. Jeff helped me pick out some great pine and he cut them to perfect size. Then he got me brackets to attach them, wood for the bottom with foam padding and indoor/outdoor carpeting. He got me the right size drywall screws, plus some motion detector lights for the top. He was awesome and he is a dog owner as well so he really understood why I was putting so much money and time into this box. Here’s some photos of it from early on to the finished product.

I went in to fix some drywall knowing nothing about it at all. I had nothing and this employee (Mike Williamson) helped me get everything I needed. I was able to get the job done ( going back to get the paint today) on my own and it turned out great.

Two different employees, Josh and Ludwig, Are amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient about educating optimal plant and garden choices, potting soil, optimal ways to attach different vines to the walla me all the way across the store to help me select whether I wanted a trellis or a wire mesh attachment for the potato vines I ultimately chose.

Whitney and Monica at pro desk were extremely helpful made my checkout process smooth and they both had very great personalities

I run my school garden and Tortoise Habitat, and Home Depot has gone above and beyond to help us find great products that fit well into our budget.

I ordered a built in microwave at the store and Ameta in the appliance section was awesome and honored to give 10% discount even though my coupon expires 10 days ago.

I bought an adjustable height rolling workbench to make my man office!! The wife loved the idea so we are going to get a few more!!!

I own a handyman business and the people in the aisles know where everything is. This is my go to store for shopping. I will drive by multiple other hardware stores to shop here. You can tell they care for their associates by seeing the management team on the floor working side by side the associates. The MET team know just where everything is located and will walk you to the items. This is definitely a well rounded team! Love it there!!

Picked up plumbing parts for a project. The employees are always kind, and very helpful.

I do most of my building materials shopping at this particular Home Depot. The reason is that some of the employees know me by name and I know them by name. They are always so helpful and friendly. I know where most things are in the store, so shopping here is quicker than another store.

This is my home store and I've been shopping here for years. My last visit I purchased 16 sets of window blinds and Noah made sure that my blind order was ready for me at pickup. He also went above a Beyond to make sure the blinds that weren't in stock or at another store for me to pick up.

Helped me find a better deal on a product that was on sale. Thanks for the hook up!

Dan at pro desk is a wealth of knowledge and makes sure I have what I need for all my projects! He even called to let me know I have earned perks from being a PRO member. Who does not like free money! This is why I drive out of my way to shop at Arrowhead Home Depot!

We ordered a security door and paid for installation. The door is nice and The Home Depot staff was great. Unfortunately, the door installation also required some trim work to be redone. The installer was pleasant, but the end result didn't seem worth the $600 we paid. There were large gaps at joints that were filled (not well) with caulk and the top trim piece was left with about a 1/2-inch gap between the wood and the house. I had to repair it myself. The other gaps were filled with caulk, but poorly finished. Also the door is tan with a black screen and the door hardware is bronze, but the installation hardware is silver, which stands out and looks terrible. I have to figure out how to remove the one-way screws so I can replace them with something that looks right with the door. Pretty frustrating for $2,000.

I needed special project help hanging a mirror and the lumbar associates (incl Alex) took the time to help.

The shopping was fine but, the item was missing a component. I had this 80% put together when I realized that it was missing the arms. I called customer service and was told o had to disassemble and return it. She even giggled after. Then told me to return it and get a new one. Unbelievable, I spent a couple hours putting it up and taking it apart. They could have just opened one up and given me the missing arm pieces.

Megan approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She walked me to the products and answered all my questions. What a great experience compared to other stores I shop!

The store is clean and the staff is friendly, and very helpful. What more can you ask for. They are doing great.

As always, the employees there are always happy to help with a smile on their faces.

Home Depot is definitely my go-to place. Especially the arrowhead location on 59th in North Glendale. Fantastic customer service and assistance basically from all the employees. I've dealt with the customer service manager multiple times. He has been very helpful. Not sure what his name is but he has black hair.

Maria and Zach (Management) are extremely friendly, courteous, and treated my exchange situation with respect and empathy. It’s rare to feel “taken care of” with humility and these two really knocked it out of the park. Thank you for your kindness!

We bought a range and Microwave last night. Iyanah C was so helpful with our purchase. It was close to closing time but it make Iyanah C rush through the process. Today we went appliance shopping and Nancy in the department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made this trip quick and easy and found us exactly what we were looking for.

Constantly going to the Home Depot for every need. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always there to help every detail I need! From the pro desk to customer service, I have yet to meet one employee that hasn’t been so kind and wonderful in my experience with the Home Depot! The store always has everything I need, and someone ready to help you meet your end goals!

Refreshing my yard these last six weeks and have been to this Home Depot a lot lately. I’ve had great service from Jenni in Garden Center, Carson and Mike in wood and Greg, cashier. Friendly, helpful and polite employees make Home Depot a better place!!!

Brought family to Home Depot to buy a number of items. Harris at the check out was so outstanding, he provided great customer service to my two boys (age 5 and 3). He went above and beyond and was so friendly. He created life long Fans in Home Depot and his excellent service should be applauded. Thank you Harris!
