I came into the store to purchase a specific light bulb for a chandelier and Carlos in electrical went out of his way to make sure I got the correct bulb. Customer service in the store was fantastic; including the cashers.

I was there shopping for potting soil and I had Lamech help me. He was just a delight, helped me locate the product assisted me through the self service registers and even put the bags in my car. He is an outstanding young man.

Looking to remodel my kitchen, all my questions were answered and many ideas were given

Today I went to homedepot to purchase moulding, not only did they have very low stock but the 2 they had were damaged. I had other mouldings I was purchasing and asked if I can have one priced down due to all the damage and was told immediately no that their numbers for the store were already low and couldn’t price down to come tomorrow. Very sad that they care more about their numbers than the customer experience.

I went today to buy supplies for painting my back porch and the sales rep/cashier at the self checkout was so knowledgeable & helpful!

This week i went to home depot at Armitage & Cicero to buy a washer machine , i was a very satisfied because i found a great selection at good prices and the associate who attend me was very kindperson and help me a lot to make the best decision

Be careful what you buy here, not all items can be returned. And the staff provides zero help.

The store has plenty of parking and it has everything for the home and more. The application is very helpful since the associates are not always around to help. On this last visit a lady was able to point me to the right direction of what I was looking for. I did manage to buy what I needed, and I saw other things that I might consider to buy in the next visit. There are more self checkout registers than people so that sometimes slows me down if I have plenty of things. But I do like the store so I'll come back.

It's always hard to find someone to help you with a product you are looking for. It's almost better to look for the product on Home Depot online to find where the product is your looking for.

Coming in for a huge purchase that turned into canceling and calling a different location to purchase the same thing material. Felipe was not helpful at all when asking him about a cart for drywall. Told me I could find them outside with plenty of employees on their phones not helping anyone. I 5 months pregnant had to go in the parking lot to get a cart in the rain. When I came back I asked Felipe if there was anything I could use to dry it he said no and walked away. Javon who was near us heard and helped me by offering small towels they had to dry what I could. The entire parking lot was full of carts with no one getting them. I’ve never visited a store where I’ve had to personally go get a cart myself not with employees who are very dismissive over all.

Always have what I have come for. If I am somewhere else and can't find an item I know I can check this store. Staff has always been courteous and knowledgeable.
