I have visited Home depot at ANTIOCH Store many times and each time I have good experience. My recent visit at Millwork section is great. They are all friendly, caring.

I visit this home Depot frequently and have never had an issue with customer service everyone is so willing to help much appreciative for everyone

When I go to places, the first thing I want is to feel welcomed. This visit at Home Depot was great.

Went in store was greeted in appliance area. Roya was a pleasure to work with. She was very familiar of the appliances I was looking at. She checked reviewed asked if I had questions. She was super helpful. Speedy checkout with her as well.

the service desk workers were extremely rude, they laughed at me, refused service, and treated me like i was an idiot

Each time I visited this store it exceeds my overall expectations. The location is perfect. Find most of the stuffs easily. Return policy is great. Overall very satisfied.

Went today and bought things that had a coupon/advertisment on the shelf and it turns out it was expired. They wouldn't honor it!!!

Look for Bruce ! Bruce was very understanding about how inexperience I was with any tools. He took his time and gave me several options that would fix the problems. He let me try the tool and told me what to do it this or that happened. He was the best. A very good man and Home Depot is lucky to have him.

We had an issue with a washer we bought at HD, the store manager actually answers the phone, and is proactive in getting issues resolved. All staff are super helpful. And special thanks to Rose! She is a super employee!

I have only had positive experiences at this Home Depot. Marvin, in lumber, is the best. Really knows how to help you find, measure and cut whatever you want. Judi in Kitchen is great. Helpful, courteous. Checked out at customer service, young man was smiling, courteous to me while checking out. I appreciate all of them.

The employees there are well voiced on where to find what you seek as well as make excellent recommendations and point out better options to the customers when they exhibit any sign of indifference on what they will need to do a specified job or project.

Place is nice and clean, and employ are always willing to help!

Judi in appliance is such an angel! She was willing to help us with all our questions and concerns. My mother and I came to buy a upright freezer and Judi was able to help us place the order online. She is truly an asset to the company!

The help we received from Jackie during our shopping at the Home Depot was outstanding. She has a great attitude and her efforts were above and beyond in helping us obtain the items we needed when it looked like they were unavailable. Thank you Jackie!

Brandon, one of the sales people, saw that my wife & I were trying to figure out which downrod to purchase with the outdoor ceiling fan we were about to purchase from Home Depot. He looked like he was walking to the office when he saw us. Instead of continuing to walk where he was going, he stopped & asked if he could help us. We were so appreciative because we couldn't find the right downrod to go with the. He came over to assist us & help us find the right downrod. TY Brandon for helping us!

I rely on this store for my supplies for all of my projects. The employees are always there to help whether it's choosing paint or stain, light fixtures or cutting some lumber for my projects. Clean & pleasant. Thanks for being there.

The new manager, Vincent is doing a great job! He’s leading a staff that is highly knowledgeable and helpful. He’s keeping staffing correct to keep up with demand and customer flow. Everyone is very helpful and nice. His leadership is clearly trickling down. Well done!

This particular location has a very professional well experienced and friendly staff if that’s important to you,(definitely is to me) Just the professionalism in itself helps when trying to find a hard to find item, or just trying to figure out that DIY project. While I was there a young lady was very helpful in a home improvement decision I was trying to make, after getting home with the items and both the advice she gave all I can say is ITS AWESOME! Her idea really worked well. Thank you so very much Serenity.
