Home Depot was there when we needed to go back multiple times during our bathroom renovation.

Always enjoy the shopping experience at this particular Home Depot over other ones. Bernice is always encouraging about projects.

I bought a paint sample a few months ago. Took the sample into the store to get the color match. The sales associate accused me of stealing the sample. I was purchasing several hundred dollars worth of paint, but she thinks I’m stealing a paint sample in the same color that cost a couple dollars? The next time I brought my sample in and bought paint, she accused me again and had my receipt. She said the receipt was from a different day and said it’s strange that my sample is full. Never again Home Depot. I will not go back.

Today I had to go to HD to buy some sheets of plywood and have them cut. I wasn’t optimistic about getting help, which I needed since each sheet weights more than I do. Then I encountered Da’mio and Katie and my optimism grew. They assisted me beyond my wildest expectations. They absolutely made my day, now I am off to finish my project! Just know, that there are still great, helpful people out there that love their jobs and two of them are at the Annapolis HD!

This Home Depot is the only one we go to because every time we are there the store associates are always knowledgeable and helpful.

We were here twice today - and the second time was 5 minutes before closing time- but the staff was great!! We were all tired , but they made it pleasant - As always !!! This is one of my Favorite Home Depot’s!

Been fortunate to have a handful of helpful employees however, will no longer be going to the store due to an associate telling my spouse that she was going to be crushed, and that he could show her videos of people being crushed. Very threatening, and very upsetting for her.

LP was called to our aisle, the tool bag section. We spend thousands of dollars in this ridiculous store. LP is ridiculous. Wish they could actually do their job and catch all the idiots that leave the empty packages everywhere. At least take you box dummy then they cannot tell you took anything.

I always come to this Home Depot, as they have very helpful staff on the floor, I recently purchased a Troy built lawnmower, and a sales associate helped me with my questions related to the type of motor, the ability to mulch the grass, warranty ect, ect. I bought the lawnmower and am very happy with my purchase.The store is always well stocked too.

I am a contractor. I needed help at my home away from home, Home Depot on Defense Hwy in Annapolis, MD. It may have been a stroke of luck that the person they call TK said ‘next’ and I came up to the Customer Service counter and was greeted with a smile and a question related to how my day was going. My issue was a bit complicated but TK explained how she could do it, how long it might take, and did I have the time to allow her to get it done? Wow, that was the best interaction I’ve ever had with any Customer Service agent anywhere. So if your issue is simple I’m sure anyone can help. But if your problem is complicated I would suggest you ask for TK. She is one of a kind!

The employee in this store are always helpful and professional

I bought some loose ceramic tiles and had assistance from Bernice at checkout. She went above and beyond to locate material that would keep the tiles from breaking on my way home. She was friendly, pleasant and helpful.

This time I met two Navy Veterans who helped me find what I needed. The Individual who assisted me and helped me check out was Christopher. The other person was a Senior Chief Petty Officer. It was nice to be recognized as a veteran myself and to see that Home Depot hired veterans.

Jean at the Pro Desk and Jarvis in Shipping simply went above and beyond to mitigate the many errors the online ordering rep made when promising me my delivery. Took 4 deliveries and me visiting the store to get what I needed for the job I hired a contractor for.

John handled my price matching and my online order pickup and was extremely helpful to me.

There are two locations in my area, and both of them provide great customer service. This store is the closer of the two, but I usually go to this one. I have always had great customer service in both knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I have several home projects going on, and the employees at HD have made it possible for me to get them done!!!

I have a great experience of my shopping at this store, because staff went above and beyond my expectations.

Our son wanted a particular smoker and we wanted some mulch. He drove his truck so we could get the products home. The first store in Pasadena was out of product and suggested we go to the Annapolis store. We drove the extra miles and had the best customer experience. Upon entering the Grill section, Cliff an employee met us and asked if he could assist. We told him what we wanted. He proceeded to assist us in getting the product, checking out AND getting the grill and mulch loaded on the truck.

Everyone from customer service to check out was polite and professional.

My wife and I went to HD not knowing which grill to buy. Ron Chin was both knowledgeable and patient. He helped us select one and then he walked us to Jenn, the cashier. She was a great listener and got us details on delivery and having the grill assembled. Both worked as a team.
