Anthony in the appliance department was great to work with!

All Home Depot’s in general. Please try and stock shelves after 6 pm. It’s extremely frustrating in the middle of the work day to run to Home Depot for supplies and have to wait 15 minutes for a closed aisle, due to forklift restocking an item. I had to wait 20 minutes once. Time is money and customers don’t like paying me to wait for you to restock your shelves.

Staff was great, quick and knowledgeable!

Items are almost always in stock, although sometimes the online inventory counts are incorrect, i.e. online reports 'x' in inventory, store has zero in inventory. The store is clean and well managed. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, especially when in their domain areas, e.g. plumbing, electrical. You're not bothered often with the "oh, I'll get someone else who can help you."

Redoing rental properties and staff has been so helpful

Max in the Hardware Department answered my questions with clarity and patience. As a result was able to purchase what was needed for the job.

This locations employees were exceptionally helpful when it came to directing me to each location and assisting me with all of my questions. The kind lady in the curtain section even helped me with color choices as I’m not the best decorator by any means. I will be shopping here again!

Paint department service is horrendous. A sales associate, after explaining paint to me as though I was a child, proceeded to snap at both my children (ages 9 and 11) who were picking things up that people had displaced and were putting them back on the shelves trying to find where they went. She snapped, “Don’t do that, it doesn’t go there.” I explained that they were merely trying to help. She then snapped at me, “It doesn’t go there.” Seeing that this woman was obviously disturbed, I wanted to get my paint and get out of the store. My children were not misbehaved whatsoever, and actually apologized to trying to help. They did not deserve to be spoken to in such a manner. This is unacceptable. Either more training has to be done to teach associates how to deal with customers, or simply “cleaning house” needs to be done with the current employees.

Been to this store about 10 times over the past month. Every time the associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

I messed up My order on the net for a pickup and found I had to go to two different stores. Matt at Amherst Ny was extremely courteous and sharp. Fixed the order to one store and was a pleasure to talk to.

Mary at the contractor's entrance was super friendly.

Max and Dave from gardening at store # 1233. All the Halloween items are currently up on the top shelves. Max walked around with me to find the ones I was looking for. Max and Dave got them off the shelves for me to purchase. And they could have just brushed me off, and say I had to wait until closer to Halloween. But they were awesome and helped me get what I wanted. I have a couple more items I want to purchase, and hope they are there to assist me again. Thank you again Max and Dave.

Anthony in the appliance dept is very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped me with the fridge i want to purchase and I could not be more satisfied!

Always has a couple different products to choose from when trying to compare and make a discission for job that you are working on.

Great people work there, 9 out of 10 know exactly where things are. In short time I was able identify who gives the best advice and aren't afraid to get things done and get me moving ASAP.

I went to the store today and was able to purchase my kitchen appliances with the help of Anthony and Henry. They were extremely knowledgeable and attentive making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
