This store is always clean and well-organized and the employees are always friendly whenever I have a question.

Water heater replacement completed in a day!

There was two employees that made our day. The first one was Joy over by the blinds area, she not only helped us pick out our blinds but was also very knowledgeable and suggested great blinds to get. She was very nice and helpful and made the process so easy. Then there was Heather our cashier. She was so nice and opened a lane for us, she really helped my wife and I get a visa gift card to work which are always tricky. She was so friendly!

I visit this Home Depot at least once per week and have always received professional service from every employee I have contacted.

I can’t say enough about walking into a home improvement store and needing some guidance and direction. Because at this store, I know I can count on getting assistance. This is the reason I continue to shop at this Home Depot. Because of the wonderful, kind and knowledgeable employees. Sid at customer service helped me find every little item I needed for my project. He was patient, friendly and I would have been lost without his assistance. Tammie at the checkout was kind and helpful and brought a smile to my face. This was the most enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you.

employees were helpful! Seems like there were more asociates than other stores

Our storm door handle broke and we needed a replacement. Lon in the door department went online to research our door and what type of lock it was, he found it available in the store. It was perfect. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service is tough to find these days, but the team at Home Depot in Algonquin are always available and helpful!

We purchased a fridge at the Algonquin, IL location on Monday, March 20th. Store was understaffed. No one was at the Appliance Dept. We had to go to the customer service desk and thereafter approach 2 other employees for assistance. It took about 30 minutes before someone came to help us. Also, according to the store ad, delivery should be completed on March 23rd. My receipt indicates the same information too. We were told today (March 23rd) that delivery will have to be pushed back to Monday, March 27th. That’s 4 extra days of delay. If we would have known this, we would have gone to another store who can deliver the fridge to us sooner. Our fridge broke and needed a replacement asap. This delay is just unacceptable.

I am a frequent shopper at Home Depot, and have been since it was built in this area. Every experience with the store staff (Managers, Associates) takes the time to listen to their customers and provide better than expected solutions. This store is customer centric and has a wealth of knowledge amount their associates.

I went in with a complicated return and then to shop. The service desk staff and store staff were fast, courteous and friendly. They did not rush through but took time to help get it right.

I’ve been working with Ed in the window department for a year to order windows for my whole house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me and made sure my order was perfect. He put a lot of work into my order and I truly appreciate everything he did to make such a large purchase a wonderful experience!

I was able to find employee to help me locate the pots I needed which were large and she was very helpful. The cashier also asked if I found everything and I told him I did. He said glad to hear that. He also said he appreciated that I had all my plants lined up on my cart ready for him to scan in groups.

We shop this store often and have never had any major concerns, and all has been pleasant. If we had experienced any of these or had any concerns we probably would not go there and/or be complaining to the manager. Which we have at other Home Depots. Need to at least try to keep things ethical as they should be and correct to help all.

Do not go to this Home Depot if you need help! The employees go out of their way to avoid you! Even if you ask for help you will wait forever and consider yourself very privileged if someone does assist you!

Becky in the Flooring Department was so nice and helpful! She provided us with outstanding customer service as she assisted us with selecting carpeting and vinyl plank flooring for our whole home. She researched special requests, ensured that we ordered everything we needed, and thoroughly explained the various options, and the order and installation process. We are very grateful for her help!

Ran in, got what I needed, and got out. No hassles at this store. All good.

Home Depot had the best price on Red oak Stair boards. Also the nicest quality.

For those who are not experienced in building things, the idea of building something can be daunting. I had an excellent experience at the Algonquin Home Depot, specifically with Alex and lumber and with Christine at the checkout. Both made me feel very comfortable, were very helpful and kind. I will definitely return in the future and will recommend the store to my friends and neighbors.
