.Shelly was exceptional.

Rachell (Shelly) Hunter (COS) in the appliance department helped me purchase all new samsung kitchen appliances. She helped me to make the right decision and really went the extra mile. I never had better service in my life. The attention to detail and logistical precision was superior in all ways. She educated me about the many perks that home depot has and how to use utilize my Pro Extra account. I am whole heartedly loyal to home depot because of the bridge she has built. 4603 is the best HD.

I'm very impressed with the prices for plants and soil supplements as compared to other local places. I'm most of all impressed by the cashier in the gardening center...truly professional and friendly.

Came in before 2pm to buy a gallon of paint..store was not busy...in the paint dept stood there for 20mins before an employee walking by asked me if I was being helped told him no...he then located the paint team sitting behind me having a " meeting" really and no one saw me standing..usually the paint dept is the busiest section and at other Home Depots there is usually one person working the counter..finally got my paint gallon when I asked if I could have a paint stick was told I got nothing free to give to you...really? $55.00 paint gallon and there is no paint stick? Customer Service has become a lost art. Hard to recommend this store after my disappointing experience in the paint dept

The Alexandria Home Depot has a much better selection of plants than any other in the close-in DMV.

I went in a hour before closing to shop for a new gas grill. The staff was super friendly & knowledgeable. They helped me pick it out & loaded it into my truck. 10/10 shopping experience !

I bought a 6 ft tree for $53. Great price!

Home Depot representative Tabitha, a cashier in the garden center is so helpful! She is phenomenal! Great prices, easy store to get in and out.

Was made to wait in line for some 15 minutes or so because the cashier decided it was ok for another customer to checkout and shop and the same time, then told me to find another register, then refused to call the manager. But then once I reached the manager he told me what the cashier did was ok, and he too told me to find another register.

Was glad Home Depot had what I needed. Employees were super helpful and nice!

I enjoy the service given to by members. The members are helpful and friendly.

Whatever I need, I always find at Home Depot and the clerks are so helpful when I am unsure about a product.

Rude manager named Seyd. Hes so rude to employees in front of customers. He does not do anything but talk on the phone. Unprofessional. Need new management. No employees great customers. They will pass by you like nothing and don’t even ask for help.. Boooooo

Vs the Home Depot in Springfield. Much much better customer service and over all experience.

Went in Home Depot to buy a couple of combo tool kits that were on clearance. When looking for these tools I was approached by Marlene and asked if she could assist me with anything. I asked if she could confirm the price of the combo kits and how many were available. After that she then tracked down a couple of employees that could help retrieve the tools with a cherry picker because the tools were in top stock on the top of the shelves. The employees Frank, Tim, Abraham (IB), patiently waited for customers to finish shopping before safely closing the aisles to retrieve the tools. After checking out I spoke to Keisha at customer service asking about my experience and answer all the question that i had. I just wanted to thank all the employees that helped me with my purchase and for all the great customer service!

I waited 20 minutes to buy 50’ of romex that cost 46 dollars and was locked in a cage. No one knew the combination to the lock and the managers and associates just walked away after telling me FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES that someone was on their way. After they found the ONE person who knew the combination to the cage, the associate wouldn’t hand the wire to me but walked it up to the register and gave it to the cashier to ring me up.

We visited 5 Home Depot stores looking for a specific product. Come to find out, the product was located in our backyard store. Unfortunately, the item was not where it was thought to be on the shelf. In comes Cashawn…never had I had a Home Depot employee spend the time helping me search for what I needed. He searched, found it, got a truck to pull it down and kept me posted on progress. He treated me like I was the only customer in the store, and I greatly appreciated it!

Employee, Omar was assisting multiple customers, he went above and beyond for all of them by making sure the client found what they were looking for!

I went into Home Depot for 3 things early morning and immediately was asked could I be assisted. Every employee I walked pass spoke with a smile.

I tried to order carpet and padding for our master bedroom - A complete cluster -- no sample - wrong carpet type quote - in store people could not change to correct type of carpet quote - missed installation date with one day notification after clearing all furniture from room

I came inside Home Depot to get cleaning supplies didn’t know where that was I was very frustrating and mad because I’m walking around the store no associates to be found then cashier Nyaree very funny guy helped me find what I’m looking for then he told me if I need help finding a product in the store download the Home Depot app he’s very helpful thank you Nyaree god bless you he made this Home Depot get 5 stars he needs a rise 4603 10/28/2022

I bought appliances, doors and several bath and hardware items and very satisfied with all purchases, to include they offered the best prices compared to competitors.

Get the feeling they don’t care. Waited 15 minutes and just left frustrated because no one bothered to show.

Customer Experience Manager failed to go above and beyond in assisting me. Upon request of couple random recycled keys left after rekeying door locks, she refused to help, falsely claiming that The Home Depot receives credit for them. Individual in question was a skinny female with large tattoo on her back. I strongly suggest to re-train her in customer service skills. More material for landfill, despite The Home Depot stance on recycling efforts. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This Home Depot is my home store and shop a lot there for over than 15 years, but today’s experience is the ever worse experience dealing with rude employees is terrible and embarrassing.
