not one single associate acknowledged us. asked one where we could find something, was told "i dont know, maybe aisle 3 or 4". wasn't either one. not a good experience.

This Home Depot location is good for the things I need. I hope they get the pretty blue flowers shelving paper back. It sets my cabinets off very nice bathroom or kitchen cabinets.

I went to my local store online and located the items I needed. armed with that information, I drove to the store and went right to the isle and bay that I selected. The items were there as confirmed prior to visiting. I was able to go directly to a self checkout lane and pay and leave. Literally about 10 minutes and I was back on the road. Great experience!

People are friendly and helpfully. Seem as if go to length to make your experience a good one in their store. Best of all last couple weeks in store 4 times. No wait to pay for merchandise.

I normally check out in the garden department, unless they have the outside door closed. There is one lady in the garden department that is always friendly and seems to take extra pride in her job.

We recently purchased new flooring for most of our home. MS. Frannie Landry assisted us through the entire process. She spent over a week making multiple phone calls to me to ensure that we purchased the best product. She was helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. We will certainly be asking for Ms. Frannie to assist with any other flooring purchases in the future.

I bought a large bulky item in Texas to be picked up in Louisiana near the job site. Ngozi, at the register in the customer service area was able to locate my item in “will call”. She quickly picked up on the fact that I had to add to the order and have someone else pick it up. She facilitated that and when I returned she was helping my cousin load the heavy items into her pick up truck. She was very polite and very customer service oriented. Rick helped me find the correct drain for the shower pan and showed me how to customize it with a snap on decorative plate. He was very cordial and sincerely thanked me for shopping in the store.

I bought a Maytag dryer on a Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday of that week. It works very well and meets my satisfaction.

could not find anyone to help me in the appliance department, took me 1.5 hrs to buy a mini fridge that I had already picked out and knew what I wanted. Cashier and John from a different was nice. Fran and April were not helpful.
