Home Depot strives to add an emphasis on being a welcoming environment and eager to help the customers well Alexander City doesn’t address the same emphasis. They need to honor that of the Home Depot company and incorporate that into their store.

Great store, love shopping at my Home Depot Store. Good management.

I had been trying different exterior stains for four days (SW, Ben Moore, Cabot) and could t fine one that I loved. I went to our Alex City Home Depot and Laketa worked with me to find the perfect stain. She was patient and I very friendly. She took a great deal of stress off me by helping me make this choice.

Battery would not hold a charge and I wanted to exchange but Carol took it upon herself to do a return and I did not get my battery. Which was part of a promotional package.

So far we've had good experiences with home Depot in Alex City. Dang good customer service.

Love the Alexander City store

Had a great experience while trying to get plumbing materials for my husband. I know nothing about it but Kelsey in plumbing is a Rock Star!! We were in and out in 15 minutes!!

I am pleased with the product. I bought a hot water heater that was easily installed and had hot water almost immediately.

We nearly always stop at the Alexander City, Alabama Home Depot on our visits to or from visiting Eufaula. The store is always clean (including the restrooms and exterior lot). The store personnel are always helpful and courteous.

I was greeted upon entering the store. The items I needed were available and accessible. Store very clean and neat. Asked if I needed any assistance by a few employees,,

Easily exchanged an item that was broken.

Great store in Alexander City to shop keep up the good work

I placed an order online and payed with PayPal, they got it together, pretty much, right away and I was able to pick it up within the hour.

I needed roofing for a project and Barry went out of his way to bring to my attention that I could get a better product for less money. I wasn’t even considering it because I had just priced it and it was out of my budget. Barry at the pro desk always looks out for my best interest!

Huge shout out to Carol and Lorri in appliances they helped me tremendously!!!!

Need to stock the store more for our local people , it's being bought by contractors building those big homes at the Ridge and they buy huge quality at a time.

I had a Phone Purchas and Carol Jorden was excellent with helping me with my needs during the purchase of a $3,800 Lawn Mower.

So glad we have this Home Depot in our small area. I'm glad to see people I know working at the store, which provides jobs.

The staff is very friendly and greeted us throughout the store. The staff was eager to assist us with our needs. The store is very clean, well organized and products are easy to find.

Great location on 280 Alexander City, AL...great customer service, with smiles. Note: Praying they will enlarge the store with bigger selections in order to shop local Home Depot for items, not go, or look from neighboring towns. They are coming now, build larger they will come even more.
