Sorry not sorry but I started avoiding going in there unless I didn't need help. They have the best stock, best sales and best prices. But until the past 2 years or so much of the time I was either on my own for service or I would pay more elsewhere because either little or no floor service or they knew less than I did. The store is also impeccably orderly. Multiple visits I have received great knowledge service. Now, the Washington Avenue store is my first choice.

Although it’s a “Big Box” store, it has a personal feel because all of the salespeople working there go out of there way to help you find what you need for your home projects. I shop here all the time and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Employees were friendly, and offered help without having to be asked. A real pleasure.

They have the items I need at a reasonable price.

I am a regular customer and tend to gravitate towards this HD store. Service is excellent, and generally has everything I’m shopping for. As a bonus, this store doesn’t reek of stankie cannabis by the employees unlike a few other nearby stores.

I am writing a general review for the overall excellent service I receive, and the overall products carried by the store which exceeds my needs as a homeowner and handyman.

12/1 at 12:30 is completely separate from this receipt. Today I refused to make a purchase I'm in your store 3+week. I own a lot of single-bedroom places to rent. Today while shopping I found a left a ripped open package (ie.theft) which I decided to give to an employee. At your service counter, there was a long line so i walked up to the corner person who ignored me until I said excuse me. She then put her hand up in a "STOP" like I'm a child saying "I got a video". I gave her the package she rolled her eyes at me throwing the empty package on the counter. That's the 3rd time in a week and a half that I've met unfriendly, miserable people at your particular Home Depot. Perhaps I should switch to the Blue box store...

Clean easy to navigate also the store has the same employees year in and year out which is nice to see the longevity and dedication!

I was extremely happy to have helpful associates, at this store. In today's work force it is rare to find people that excel at doing their jobs. I would reccomend this store.

I couldn't ask for experience when ordering our carpets. We picked our color and ordered a survey and got it 2 days later! The gentleman came to our home and was right on time.

I was able to quickly purchase all of the items that I needed at this location. The associates were friendly and helpful. The location was very clean. Great overall experience!

The only lanes open are the contractor and self checkout lanes and there are long lines

So now they have to determine whether or not the bags of mulch are broken? Waited for the manager 10 minutes and she covered her name and ran away. After only reducing the cost of just 2 bags when I had 3. Bags I lifted with a disability mind you.

I recently stopped in to Home Depot in hopes of making a purchase that I'd located online, initially. Seems the item wasn't on sale in the store, but an associate helped me locate what I was looking for and honored the price. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
