I did not expect that they would have dollies and carts to help bring items inside the store to to help shop in the store. The staff went above and beyond to be very helpful and compliant. They were so helpful

For context, I’m an able bodied senior male who can easily lift 40 lb bags of Black Kow. As I approached the pallet of Black Kow, LJ asked if he could load my cart. Then he asked if he could push it to checkout and then load it in my truck. I’ve never experienced that at other big box stores. Service almost this good and always great is the rule at the Aiken SC Home Depot.

Ms. Ester, Robert Rodgers and Trent certainly know how to provide professional customer service.

I have purchased Countertop and Backsplash, along with Vanities and Cabinets from this store and I've not had one bad thing to say! The Store is super clean and the Staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

I delivered a flatbed load of mulch to this location and the shipping and receiving personnel were very friendly and accommodating. After I emptied I decided to do a little shopping. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My cashier Janet assisted me in locating everything that I needed.

I was pleased to be able to get the item I needed for home repair, but I had a hard time finding an employee to help me find my needed item

Pat in paint is amazing! Been here many times and she is by far the best employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with! She’s great and y’all are lucky to have her! Will definitely get our next bunch of paint from her.

I have been getting our fresh fraser Christmas tree at the Home Depot for a few years! The quality of the trees are good and the prices are reasonable. This year was no different except I was by myself. The staff was so helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The guy that prepped the tree to take home even tied it on the top of my car! It was truly in the spirit of Christmas. I recommend looking at Home Depot for your fresh Christmas tree.

Self checkout attendant was a great help when I had an issue with military discount. Attendant helped me get my account set up .

Everyone on the staff that I spoke to was friendly and made sure I was not left waiting for someone to come help me. The salesperson that checked me out was very patient and offered me options for my purchase.

Came in to purchase counter tops for my kitchen. I left with all the information I needed to make a choice that I was content with. Sonja Russell walked me through the whole process. Very friendly too. Glad to have met her. Can't wait for my new counters to arrive and put in.
