I was way more for the product I wanted do to employee mistake

At this store I was greeted with kindness and every one of the employees that I spoke to was helpful but most importantly there was a gentleman with a beard and a beanie On I018 where all the power tools are at and he was very helpful and took the time to explain something to me that helped me with my purchase. I was making a spendy purchase... So I am grateful for that interaction because it really helped me in the end.

Little lady I'm plumbing acted like I was making stuff up when I asked if they moved there flushometers. She didn't know what I was talking about and when we found them she said with adittude (that's a water closet)

Chelsey in millworks went above and beyond to help me get the right window. She was the best helper in any home improvement store ive ever seen

Josie helped me at self-checkout and was phenomenal. She went above and beyond, and HD should promote her or something. She helped me scan my things... she ran and loaded up two more 40lb bags of water softener salt (and I'm an able-bodied dude) and she was just generally very friendly and eager to help. It was refreshing. I don't remember the last time I saw someone go above and beyond like that. (Probably the way you train, and would like all employees, to perform)

This location almost always has the items I need, is well organized, and clean. The app is super convienient for finding things easily without wandering throughout the store.

Received plenty of help from Milwaukee rep and Home Depot employee Nina. The store #4403 usually is well stocked, can find most everything I need there.

I bought Makita GT200D-BL4040, included free battery. The cardboard box was little damaged that was the last one on the store. Specifically, the hammer drill and also impact driver are the best and powerful tools available in the market, currently. There are several features to learn with these products including more than 30 changeable clutches. It will be not difficult but challenging to learn all the details to use them, properly. They are very compact and comfortable to handle.

Right away you are confront by illegals to get work, than as you’re in the store watched as if you’re stealing and at checkout same thing you can’t checkout at self checkout yourself the worker will try to do it for you and than accuse you of stealing and than when they see you didn’t no apology or respect just punks thinking they can stop you when they can’t.

Nina spent atleast 20 minutes helping me try to locate an item that was supposed to be in stock according to THD website/app. Unfortunately this was outdated, but she went above and beyond looking around at "alternative" locations it may have been moved to, and consulted another employee after just to verify for me. Then proceeded to show me other options similar to the product I was looking for, which I ultimately purchased.

Brian and Linden were awesome! I had a gas fitting problem and they helped me get what I needed! I wish Brian and Linden were the employees at every Home Depot! Thanks, Chris

Christine in customer service was the rudest person I've ever encountered at HD. I was checking out at customer service because I had a question. This young girl told me to go to self check out. I continued to wait, Christine finished with her customer and got on her cell phone. Michele, the other cashier finished with her customer and promptly waited on me, answering my question. I appreciate her kind, considerate attitude. Unfortunately, Christine is the perfect example of any retailers nightmare. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.

Daniyl was incredibly helpful while we were shopping. We had some in store credit issues and he was willing to fix our transaction(s) while being patient and kind throughout the whole process. He assured us it wasn’t our fault and made sure that we went through everything quickly.

I had a very positive experience when shopping for paint today. I had a specific project in mind and Linden was able to assist me with just what I needed to finish the job. She went above and beyond what was expected. It was overall a delightful shopping trip. Thank you Linden.

We came in with a 5 gallon bucket of white paint that we desperately needed help getting colored. Linden went above and beyond at helping us meet our expectations. She was so kind and had great customer service!

The Milwaukee reps are rude and damage the store experience, thanks to Jackie a Home Depot employee who helped me and made a difference in my experience.

Clint and Maggie who helped us putting together a renovation project were so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and helpful. They're expertise helped make the process go smoothly.

I make the drive to this location for paint so that I can get help from Kanyon. She is the absolute best in the paint and stain game. She helped up match a new banister stain we put in to the existing one just off of pictures on my phone. When I go in for a color match she triple checks that it's what I need before I leave. I trust her with all my paint and stain needs!
